Attorney Jeffrey Swierski

Mr. Swierski began his legal career as Defender Attorney with the Maricopa County Public Defenders Office where he handled hundreds of major felony cases.  Mr. Swierski obtained invaluable training and experience while working in the Public Defenders office as he handling a broad range of criminal offenses.

Mr. Swierski went on to work for a private practice as a criminal defense attorney before opening Swierski Law Office, where he continues to focus on defending those accused of criminal offenses.

Mr. Swierski has dedicated his legal career to the aggressive defense of the criminally accused.  Mr. Swierski has provided effective representation for individuals accused of offenses ranging from minor criminal traffic violations to major felony offenses.

Mr. Swierski is currently licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Arizona

Mr. Swierski earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.  He also has a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice with a minor in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from Arizona State University. 

Prior to attending college, Mr. Swierski proudly served in the United States Navy where he received Recognition for Distinguished Military Service. Mr. Swierski was Honorably Discharged from the Navy after completing his military service.

A native North-Easterner, Jeffrey A. Swierski was born in Buffalo, New York and grew up in the Buffalo area before moving to Central Pennsylvania.
